All account scope APIv2 endpoints have been changed. Now URL must contain identifier of the account.

Before: /api/v1beta0/account/roles/

After: /api/v1beta0/account/:accountId/roles/

For example: /api/v1beta0/account/2/roles/, where 2 is identifier of the account.
